                Recorded on K5(VSSP32).

AIRA    (A-Ai): Missed 2 scans (348/01:50-01:58) due to
                FS was done in Kill by mistake.
                Low pcal amplitude in S5 causing D code in scan 
                347/05:02, 05:09, 05:34 and 06:14.
                Manual pcal in fringe fitting.
                Recorded on K5.

CHICHI10(C-Cc): Low pcal amplitude in S1,2 causing D code in scan 
                347/10:26.
                Manual pcal in fringe fitting.
                Recorded on K5.

VERAMZSW(M-Vm): Pcal phase jumps in X1-X8,S1-S8ch and
                pcal amplitude was 0% in X1,X6,X8 and S6ch from 348/01:14 to 01:58. 
                due to the setting of the video converter changes. 
                -7usec of clock offset discrepancy between group B(X5-X8) 
                and another groups A, C, D(X1-X4,S1-S8).
                Baselines of Ts-Vm, Ai-Vm, Cc-Vm and Vs-Vm were fringe-fitted
                by setting relative clock offfset(this is an option of K5
                correlation package which controls clock offset discrepancy handling).
                Low pcal amplitude in S5-8ch causing D codes in ~30 �� of all scans.        
                No cable calibration from no delay calibrator at VERAMZSW.
                Slow slew to lock source at 348/16:30.
                Recorded on K5.

VERAISGK(S-Vs): Missed 7 scans (348/01:17-01:58). 
                Recorded on K5. 
                No cable calibration from no delay calibrator at VERAISGK.
